St. John’s New Mission UCC is a vibrant people who have experienced the graciousness of God in the redeeming power of the risen Christ. We share our experiences through worship, study, service, and outreach to the community. We are always seeking fresh ideas for ministry and mission.

St. John’s New Mission UCC began as a merger of St. John’s and New Mission UCC's congregations in the mid-nineties. The resultant congregation maintains both physical plants: 1908 S. Mebane Street being our worship center and 2121 Our church Edgewood Avenue our Three-Star Daycare center. Through both locations we worship and witness to our Christian faith.
